THE FILM
A NEW STAGE
Seckinger High School opened in 2022, and this year with a new video board installed in the stadium, the Marching Band had an opportunity to do something it hadn’t been able to do before.
The goal was to create a film built specifically for that moment — something that could introduce the band before its halftime performance, celebrate the students on a bigger stage, and continue to represent the program beyond game night.
FLEXIBLE BY DESIGN
TheThe band had seen the hero-shot approach used in North Gwinnett’s 2025 film and wanted that same kind of elevated visual treatment for their own students.
Because the production was centered around a single home game, we built the schedule to make room for a dedicated hero-shot session before warmups began.
That gave us two distinct visual worlds in one shoot: controlled, stylized portraits of the students, and the natural energy of game night.
LET THE NIGHT TAKE OVER
Once warmups, the march to the stadium, and the game began, the approach shifted.
The controlled setup gave way to real moments — preparation, movement, relationships, stand tunes, crowd energy, and the halftime performance itself.
The contrast between the hero shots and the live coverage gave the film its rhythm.
A FOCUSED PRODUCTION
Not every project needs the same production footprint.
For SKG, the foundation was one home game. The hero-shot session was added because it mattered to the client and fit the story they wanted to tell.
By building around both, we were able to give the band the polished visual style they had in mind without losing the authenticity of the night itself.
LIVING BEYOND THE LIGHTS
The film was created for the new stadium experience, but the same images and moments give the band something that can continue to represent the program long after halftime.
